USA SHIPPING:

Ordering Process & Delivery in the USA :

Once you place an order at www.oliviapreckel.com, we will immediately send you a confirmation number and summary of your order.  

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking number.

Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders processed after 1:00pm EST, will ship out the next business day by priority USPS or Fedex ground unless  specified otherwise. We do not require signature upon delivery, therefore we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipment order notification:

You will receive an email confirmation with a link to view your order tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping ( USA ) :

We currently offer US Shipping only $45 via Fedex 2-3 day delivery &  Fedex next day delivery for $90.

Sales Tax :

Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the state of Florida at 6% based on our Palm Beach location.

Tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order.

Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
Since we do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation.  Various states, like Colorado, Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Vermont require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

Payment forms accepted:

Olivia Preckel currently accepts payments using: Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

Using a Promotional Code:

Once in a while Olivia Preckel offers special VIP promotions for customers, which can be used in your online order. To use these promotions, you must enter the code at checkout and click “Apply”.

The discount will be then applied to your order at checkout.
