Our Returns policy lasts 15 days.
Any returns must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery of the items purchased online.
After this date we cannot receive returned items.
Therefore, if you have an issue with an item received, kindly contact us before returning it within 15 days after delivery.

Items returned must be tagged as received, unwashed and unworn.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that your postage costs are non refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

STORE CREDIT ONLY & EXCHANGES
Refunds for store credit only (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item for store credit only.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied under your name, which you can redeem in a year.
